Pale gold hue. Sweet caramel and honey aromas follow through on a generously proportioned, fairly full-bodied palate with characteristically rich mouthfeel of a "pure pot stilled" Irish whiskey. Finishes with notes of bourbon sweetness. A great sipping whiskey and certainly too good for Irish coffee!
