When we are running free shipping promotions the following terms apply. 

- Free shipping promos cannot be used in MS, MD, AK, HI, MA, PA, SD, WV and TX.
- Free shipping promos cannot be used on beer and Bordeaux futures or presales.
- Free shipping does not apply to items with prices ending in 5 or 7 (i.e. $9.95 or $9.97).
- Free shipping via Fedex Ground only. $5 handling fee applies to all orders.
- Free Shipping applies to orders of $250 or more.
