Amazing - Like Drinking dark, sweet cherries
I'll never know how this small company does it but this is like drinking cherries - dark, sweet cherries. The alcohol balance is just right and give it shelf life of years before flavor begins to degrade. It's sweet/tart and quite a flavor odyssey and all of it good.
