A mainstay of kitchen gardens across Scotland and intensely flavored, rhubarb is the ideal ingredient for a sweet gin liqueur.
Freshly picked spring-crop rhubarb is spiked with Oriental ginger and infused with our classic Edinburgh Gin. The rhubarb and spice are left to steep for four weeks, allowing for the complex flavors to marry together.
The sweetly-spiced notes of our Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur make the perfect addition to a classic Bramble. This aromatic gin liqueur is equally at home over ice, topped up with chilled Prosecco, or mixed with ginger ale, garnished with fresh ginger and a lime twist.

Edinburgh Gin
After tasting this unique combination, it became an immediate favorite. When I sever G&T with this I get asked about where to buy it. Everyone loves it. I made sure to visit the distillery when we visited Scotland last year. They give a great tour and tasting.

Very unique flavor combination
It's great neat or over ice. It's even good with tonic water. I haven't tried it with soda water, but I guess that would taste great as well.
