There are aromas of black cherry, spice, black pepper, plum, oak, vanilla and blueberry jam . This chewy, well balanced Zinfandel has spicy flavors of bright cherry, raspberry, plum and black cherry. There is nice acidity and length to the finish.
Food Pairing: Sin Zin's ability to pair with so many different foods may be a reason it remains one of the most popular Zins ordered in America's restaurants. It's a perfect match with casual Italian fare like pizza or lasagna, but the wine also would work great with almost anything off the grill, from barbecued chicken to ribs.
