Wine Tasting Notes
This premium Sauvignon Blanc exudes intense aromatics of ripe gooseberry, passionfruit and grapefruit. The palate is freshly concentrated and layered with currants, tropical fruit and subtle minerality, leading to a lingering lime finish. The wine shows excellent balance between fruit and acidity, with a hint of chalky textured complexity providing elegance and length. The wine will gain further richness and body with short term bottle age.
