Wine Tasting Notes
Don PX is a very original product. It is the only sweet PX that has not had long ageing in cask, and as such retains a remarkable freshness. Bright tawny gold in color, and of rich consistency, the intense nose suggests toffee, currants and raisins, and a twist of lemon peel. Very sweet, the palate is beautifully balanced by citrus fruit acidity, with concentrated toffee, caramel and dried fruit flavors, and a long harmonious finish.
