This is the first product of its kind commercially available in the world and is quite possibly the finest cider available (even if we say so ourselves). Our Mead Master searched long and hard for just the right honey to blend with the best apple juices available. What was created is an exceptionally light and crisp hard apple cider known historically as 'Cyser' which is perhaps the original hard cider. Historically, when apple juice is added to a mead and fermented it is called cyser. Selected apple juices and wildflower honey from Oregon are combined in this light colored cider.

Makes and excellent black velvet when mixed half and half with Guinness.
