Wine Tasting Notes
Our Merlot has a rich bouquet of plum, cedar and lush notes of cherry which give way to flavors of dried cherries, berries and a bit of spice. A mouthfilling and full-flavored wine with medium, soft tannins followed by a lingering finish with hints of vanilla. Pair with pork or lamb, or lay down for additional aging time.
