Rich garnet in color. The aromas of cassis, nutty oak and a hint of menthol evolve upon breathing. The elegant palate once again displays the cassis found on the nose, along with violets, tobacco and subtle choc-mint characters. Firm, fine tannins ensure a balanced and well structured palate. A classic example of cool climate cabernet.
