Wine Tasting Notes
The Cabernet Sauvignon, Founders' Estate, contains some petite sirah and was matured for over nine months in French and American oak. It has a light, inviting, very forward nose of blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, licorice, and chocolate. Flavors of blackberry and raspberry dominate with the addition of moderate tannins and finish medium-broad and medium-long.
