Wine Spectator Review Rated 92 Tight, focused and well-structured, with a firm band of cedar- and mineral-laced currant, graphite, herb and cherry. Gains complexity and depth before ending with ripe, chewy tannins. Best from 2010 through 2017.
Wine Tasting Notes This release begins with aromas of cocoa, cherry and plum. Subtle hints of all spice, cedar and toffee develop in the glass as the wine opens. On the palate there are rich flavors of mocha, chocolate and raspberry that lead to an elegant finish, with layers of rich texture and incredible length.
