Wine Spectator Review Rated 90 Interesting aromas of dark chocolate, coffee bean and very ripe fruit follow through to a full body, with firm tannins and a finish of sweet fruit and treacle tart. A tight style. Needs time to soften and open. Best after 2012.
Wine Tasting Notes A well-structured, complex, elegant, and velvety wine, with intense ruby red color. It has a warm and spicy bouquet, with aromas of raisins. This wine is traditionally consumed with game, roasted and grilled meats, casseroles, and well matured cheeses. Excellent with hearty dishes and perfectly suited for drinking with Asian and Middle-Eastern dishes. This wine can age for 20 years.
