Wine Tasting Notes
This "Monkey Wine" is named for the valley it is grown in Baden. Spatburgunder (Pinot Noir) is the most noble of Germany's red grapes. This Pinot Noir is harvested later in a colder climate than normal leading to a sweeter, more full bodied wine. The wine features ripe aromas of cherries and berries with a powerful yet harmonious body.
